Lawrence Park is one of Toronto, Ontario’s sought after areas for Toronto Residential Real Estate.  It is a very affluent Residential Neighbourhood, along with Bridle Path, Forest Hill and Rosedale.

It is bordered by Lawrence Avenue, Blythwood Ravine, Yonge Street and Bayview Avenue.  Lawrence Park is also one of Toronto’s first planned Garden Suburbs.

Lawrence Park began in 1907 and was a North Parcel of the Park was aquired from John Lawrence, thus the name Lawrence Park.  This Neighbourhood was completed in the 1950’s making most of the Lot Sizes 50feet wide and 150feet deep, making them very private and highly desirable.  In fact, today, Lawrence Park is one of the wealthiest Postal Codes in Canada, along with Forest Hill Real Estate and Toronto Real Estate.

This Neighbourhood has several Parks, Rolling Hills, Ravine and Winding Roads that by the way, don’t have sidewalks!  With lovely Mature Trees, this green Neighbourhood is very picturesque.  Schools and Recreation Facilities are within Lawrence Park boundaries which keeps outside traffic to a minimum.
