Rosedale Real Estate Veronica Key

ROSEDALE in 1820 was named after Sherrif William Botsford Jarvis' Estate that he and his wife Mary settled on. The hillsides were covered with Wild Roses and thus the name.  Mary would 'Trail Blaze' through her Rosedale Estate, which created many of the meandering and winding streets that are a Rosedale trademark.

In 1909 a bridge was built over the Park Drive Ravine (Rosedale Valley Road).  St. Andrew's College and The Rosedale Golf Club were built prior to being developed into Rosedale Residential Real Estate.
